OECD Invites Secretariat to Present Outcomes of 2nd Global Conference to the Committee on Digital Economic Policy

The I&J Secretariat was invited by the OECD to present the outcomes of the 2nd Global Conference of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network to the states represented in the Committee on Digital Economic Policy (CDEP) on May 18, 2018. The CDEP is part of the OECD's Directorate for Science, Technology and Innovation (STI), which aims to "help policymakers in all relevant policy areas better understand the digital transformation that is taking place across different sectors of the economy and society as a whole."
I&J Deputy Director Paul Fehlinger presented the Ottawa Roadmap coming out of the 2nd Global Conference of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network that took place in Ottawa, Canada on February 26-28, 2018. The Ottawa Roadmap will help structure the work of the Policy Network leading to the 3rd Global Conference in Berlin, Germany, on June 3-5, 2019.
The OECD provided institutional support for the organization of the 2nd Global Conference of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network in Ottawa, Canada.
