I&J Deputy Director Paul Fehlinger participated in the regional Internet Governance Forum of Latin America and the Caribbean (LACIGF), which took place on July 31-August 1st, 2018, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gathering over 200 key actors from the region, including government representatives, Internet companies, civil society and technical operators, the conference provided the opportunity to discuss the Ottawa Roadmap coming out of the 2nd Global Conference of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network with stakeholders, and to enhance the outreach of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network on the continent.
