The Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network hosted a special Forum at the Fifteenth Annual Meeting of the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF) on Wednesday, November 4, 2020.

The Forum of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network provided stakeholders with an update on the work of the Policy Network in 2020, in particular about the release of 12 I&J Outcome Documents developed by more than 120 Members of the three Policy Programs of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network (Data & Jurisdiction, Content & Jurisdiction and Domains & Jurisdiction) that implement the Berlin Roadmap of the 3rd Global Conference of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network.

In addition, the Forum gave a preview of the Internet & Jurisdiction and UN ECLAC Regional Status Report 2020, which is to be launched at the end of November 2020. It also reported on the 2020 regional initiatives of the Policy Network with a special focus on Japan, Africa and Latin America.

The Fifteenth Annual Meeting of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) was hosted online by the United Nations from November 2-17, 2020. The Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network has participated in the IGF since 2012 with special sessions and workshops.
